UX Designer & MAMA

UX Designer based in Naptown (others go by Annapolis, MD).
I have always had a passion for art and design.
The art of language, guided me to translating Korean/ English for various groups of life.
As a business entrepreneur (restaurant) for 14 years strong, my focus and understanding are the customers, employees, my product and partners.
My past helped me to envision peoples’ goals in hopes to discover and achieve what users need and love. As a UX designer, ideation and vision are my skills needed to being successful. These tools were my drive to being an affluent business entrepreneur, which now converts to being true staples in my UX career.
I'm a big-picture thinker and visualizer, who enjoys working on projects end-to-end from the beginnings of ideation all the way to development.

PICTURE: photoshoot for daughter, Zion's, 1st birthday
FACTS: tradition in Korea is when a child turns 1, the 1st birthday celebration is just as big, if not bigger than a wedding. Just like a wedding, there's a never-ending guest list, gifts, food, etccc.
my VALUES
To Me, Passion is Everything.
If you found what you love and cherish, keep it. If not, move on to the next one. It’s not worth wasting your precious time and energy. Thankfully, I am surrounding by people who love what they do and motivate me to be the best I can be. You only live once, right? YOLO.
Always Learning.
There is no cap to learning. So be open to any criticism and feedback. This is a learning method for me to find ways to challenge and improve my yesterday, for a new me tomorrow. There is a saying, “you learn something new everyday” for a reason.
Stay Humble, Be Humble.
Staying true to myself is what keeps me grounded. No matter who I become to be, I aspire to being someone that everyone wants themselves to be surrounded by. 'Treat others as you want others to treat you' is a lesson I learned as a child, and it will be a lesson I take forever.
